We currently have our home mortgage through Federal First Bank & Trust. When originally shopping for our mortgage, we loved that they were local to Wyoming. We reached out, and their rates / service couldn't be beat. We recently decided to remodel our home, and we reached out to Federal First for advice. Over the course of a few months I spoke back and forth with Stephanie about different options, and she was always quick and helpful in answering my questions. We finally settled on an option and asked for Stephanie's help getting things going. I always appreciated that even though we drug things out on our end, she was always very quick and prompt to help us whenever needed. She made the process very easy, and never left out any details. We were given around a 30 day time frame for closing on our chosen HELOC, but things were finished in about half that time. We were able to get this all buttoned up before COVID restrictions increased, and we are very thankful for that. We have nothing but good to say about Federal First and especially Stephanie. We highly recommend them / her!
